Our Solution

To meet the client's goals, we designed a compact yet impactful layout that emphasized simplicity, function, and rustic aesthetics. The centerpiece of the landscape is a beautifully crafted brick-lined pathway that guides visitors from the main house to the ADU, ensuring intuitive circulation and visual cohesion. For privacy and character, we constructed a striking coyote fence using reclaimed cedar trees—a nod to traditional Texan style and a sustainable choice. This natural barrier not only separates the property from neighboring lots but also adds organic texture and depth to the design. The planting palette, though not densely filled, supports the low-maintenance vision and preserves the open feel of the limited space.
